The Marketing Path™ is at the core of Emails On Demand and contains all the emails and rules that you, the marketer, would like to trigger based on the behavior of the email recipient. By way of example, if an email recipient clicks to learn more about a credit card then a follow up email may be delivered the same day, or several days later with additional information. If that same email is unopened after ten days then either a different email may be delivered or the same email with a different subject line.

Email creation within the Marketing Path

The emails contained within the Marketing Path can either be created using your own custom HTML, or using the same advanced DocuMatix Email Manager within the DocuMatix Product Suite. This means that customers that use the DocuMatix Product Suite will enjoy all the same benefits of email creation that they have come to rely on, and are already familiar with.
