The Secure Web Forms was designed to trigger a Marketing Path from the input of either a consumer (via Opt-In), or from a call center representative. For instance, if a consumer is driving down the freeway and hears an advertisement for a great rate on a home mortgage, or drives past one of your billboard advertisements they may want to call in and ask for more information on that product. The call center representative can simply key in the email address of the consumer and an email that was prepared by Marketing can be triggered and sent to them via the associated Marketing Path. Once entered into the Marketing Path subsequent emails will be automatically delivered to the consumer based on their behavior.

The Secure Web Forms is based upon the same advanced Secure Web Forms engine within the DocuMatix Product Suite providing for no learning curve for customers of the DocuMatix Product Suite.
