The following are just a few examples of what is possible with the Complete Email Marketing Solution:
  • Example 1:   Increase responses to Surveys with automation

    You can conduct a Survey (managed within the DocuMatix Product Suite) and send to all of your members/customers that you have collected emails for, and invite them to respond to your survey. After ten days of the initial email delivery you can configure DocuMatix systems to automatically send to anyone that either didn’t respond to the survey, or simply didn’t open the email. By creating a simple cross-over rule the DocuMatix systems will automatically enter those that didn’t respond into a Marketing Path. From there the Marketing Path can be configured to send the same, or even a different email inviting them to respond to the survey. By automating this process over a series of 3-4 attempts (to those that haven’t responded) over a period of time you will increase your overall response to the survey.

    This same scenario can also be completed from your call center representatives from the use of the Secure Web Forms, or even automated from the use of Actions.

  • Example 2:  Cross promote your Events managed by the DocuMatix Product Suite

    To accomplish this you may want to include a recommended action to register for the event when someone fills out a Financial Calculator relating to retirement. The integration with the on-line fulfillment of the event (managed by the Event Registrations within the DocuMatix Product Suite) is completely seamless, and completed with a simple click of a mouse.
